24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

We provide a confirmation text, email and sometimes call 48 to 24 hours previous to your appointment time. If for some reason life gets in the way, and your not able to make your appointment, then we do require you give us a call 24 hours in advance. We have a very busy salon, so last minute cancellations or no shows, really effects our stylist. They are only here a certain amount of hours each day, so a 1 to 2 hour gap really impacts their earning potential. Just remember, they have bills and children to feed too!

 

LATE POLICY:

Please don’t be late. It is hard enough to stay on schedule while performing life transforming services! One late client can throw the whole day out of whack, however we will always do our best to accommodate our clients in everyway!

CHILD POLICY:

Children are welcome, as a courtesy to other salon guest, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is YOUR responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. If you must bring them to salon while you are having services done, please plan ahead and make sure they have something to keep them entertained while your services are being performed. We do have t.v.’s with some children channels, however this is not always enough.

 

FUN POLICY:

We require all our clients to have a fun and exciting experience when visiting Euphoria Color & Hair Salon. We pledge to do everything in our power to make this happen. If you have any special requests, just let us know. If you need food, drink, wine or any other accommodations just say the word! Inspired conversation, psychotherapy, and comedy is provided with every service.

 

SATISFACTION:

Euphoria Color & Hair Salon stands behind our work 100%. We do not claim to be magicians or mind readers (publicly), so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, we will make it right! Just let us know with in a reasonable amount of time (a week) after your service, and we will promptly get you back in the schedule for any tweaks that need to be performed. We know that we have an incredible team (confident not arrogant), so any fix(beyond giving you magic hair growing pills) is doable. Please don’t hesitate to ask, we really mean it!
