We provide a confirmation text or e-mail 72 hours before your appointment time, if life gets in the way and you are unable to make your appointment it is REQUIRED you respond to our email or give us a call or your appointment will be cancelled. For all late cancels and no shows, we have a $25 fee that will be charged to the card that you give us at the time of booking your appointment. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service charge for repeat offenders. We have a busy salon so last minute cancellations or no shows really effect our stylists. They are only here for a certain amount of hours each day so 1-2 hour gaps really impact their earning potential. Just remember they have bills to pay and children to feed too! In return if we have a stylist that’s calls in at last minute, we will do our best to set you up with another stylist or get you back in on your stylist’s schedule as soon as possible. We keep all client’s formulas and service history in a database for these occasions.
There is a lot of preparation that goes into specialty appointments. These are defined as more advanced color and treatment appointments that need to be booked for three hours or more. In order to reserve this type of appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge a larger non-refundable deposit is it is decided that it is necessary by the manager/owner or stylist. If for any reason you need to change your appointment time, we ask for a call at least 48 hours in advance. For any reschedules, the deposit will still apply to the newly booked appointment. If the appointment is cancelled entirely or is a no call no show, the deposit will be awarded to the stylist who lost earning potential and sacrificed their time.
Euphoria stands behind our work 100%. Whether it’s New Talent, Intermediate, or Advanced Stylist (level of stylist reflects in price bracket). We do at times have stylists new to the industry who show great potential and are on their way to being a highly qualified advanced stylist. We do not claim to be magicians or mind readers so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you receive, we will make it right. Just let us know within a reasonable amount of time (a week) after services and BEFORE going anywhere else and we will promptly get you back in on the schedule for any adjustments or tweaks that need to be performed. We have an incredible team (confident, not arrogant) so any tweak, adjustment or fix is doable. We can handle it so PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us! We really mean it!
Euphoria has top of the line products, if you feel you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will accept the return of any unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened items will be accepted for exchange within 15 days of purchase. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Please don’t be late. It’s hard enough to stay on schedule while performing life transforming services! One client can throw a whole day out of whack, however we will always do our best to accommodate our clients in every way. We ask that you keep in mind that stylist are only human, and keep very strict schedules, there are times that the unforeseen or technical challenges arise that cause appointments to run over. We understand and respect that everyone in today’s realm have busy schedules, if we see an appointment is running over we will notify you to give a heads up. Our commitment is to give our very best to all our clients so we appreciate your patience and understanding in time like this. One of those times could be your appointment and we will never rush through or skip steps on any service. We will see all services through correctly from start to finish even if it might run over.
As a courtesy to other salon guest, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. If you must bring them to the salon while you are having a service done, please plan ahead and make sure they have something to keep them entertained while your services are being performed.
When booking an appointment for your child that is more than a trim, a consultation is required to book proper amount of time needed for their appointment.
Our parking lot is a paid parking lot. We suggest you pay for more time than your appointment, just in case you’re right on time, one minute over can get you a $15 ticket. Parking on the street is free for 3 hours. Anything over that you have to move your car to another block or to the paid parking lot. Parking is metered Mon-Fri 9-5:30. All other times are first come first serve.
We require all of our clients to have a fun and exciting experience when visiting euphoria. We pledge to do everything in our power to make this happen. if you have any special requests just let us know. If you need food, drink, wine or any other entertainment just say the word. inspired conversation, psychotherapy and comedy is provided with every service.
Due to the artistic nature of this industry, we cannot offer a refund on services performed. We will honor any adjustments or changes to a service you are not satisfied with up to one week from the date of service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately. We cannot redo services if you have your hair worked on elsewhere before contacting us about any problems. Thank you so much for choosing Euphoria and we love serving you!
